Both of my fish suddenly developed these white spots on their body and was wondering if this could be ich?

Es ich, es normal si son nuevos y los peces payaso son duros así que deberían mejorar para finales de la semana, yo personalmente uso prazipro, que es seguro para el reef. También remojo la comida en ajo cuando mis peces tienen ich
It’s ich it’s normal if they are new and clownfish are hardy so they should clear up by the end of the week, I personally use prazipro which is reef safe. I also soak food in garlic as well when my fish get ice

Yo remojaría la comida en Garlic durante un par de días y los vigilaría, asegurándome de que no empeore; si empeora después de 3 días, entonces usaré prazipro
I would soak food in Garlic for a couple of days and monitor them make sure it isn’t getting worse if it gets worse after 3 days then I’ll use the prazipro

I got some white spot medication from my lfs today and was gonna start dosing it cause I think my Picasso is starting to get lethargic(?) and his gills are pretty flared up

Sí, pero no parece que encuentre otras tiendas de peces cerca de mí que vendan medicamentos para ellos y por internet tardaría como una o dos semanas en llegar 😭😭
Yeah but I can’t seem to find other fish stores near me that sells any meds for them and online would take like a week or two to get delivered 😭😭
