Need some help identifying this one. It’s Stoney and during the night it retracts leaving a bunch or bumps/spines sticking up.

Ho mandato questa foto a un paio di proprietari di negozi di pesce locali e dicono che è una plating hydnophora. Ha un’estensione dei polipi enorme, per questo sembra abbastanza unica
I’ve sent this image to a couple local fish store owners and they are saying it’s a plating hydnophora. It’s got some huge polyp extension which makes it look pretty unique.

Hmm questo mi sta mettendo in difficoltà e Reef ID. Se puoi aggiungere altre foto, e anche di notte, sarebbe d’aiuto. Sono davvero interessato a capirlo così possiamo anche migliorare Reef ID. Aha continuerò a cercare.
Hmm this one is stumping me and Reef ID. If you can comment more pics of it and at night too that would be helpful. I am invested in figuring this one out so we can also make reef id better. Aha I will keep looking.
