冷凍フードが原因のリン酸（高リン酸）をリーフ水槽で減らす方法

まだリーフ飼育めっちゃ初心者です。この水槽ももう6ヶ月になりました。立ち上げのために、近所のショップのサンプからライブロックをたくさん買ってきました。全体的にすごく元気そうです。で、ようやく気づいたんだけど、超高いリン酸が冷凍フードから出てたみたいで…。これからは濾してすすぐようにします。今のリン酸は0.2〜0.4くらいなので、できるだけ大きく下げられるといいな。うまくいくように祈ってて！

I'm still very new to reef keeping. This tank is 6 months old now. I bought a bunch of live rock from the local shops sump to give me a kick start. Everything seems relatively happy. Only just realized my super high phosphate levels were coming from the frozen foods so I'm going to be straining and rinsing from now on. Current phosphates are between 0.2 and 0.4 so hopefully I can bring that down substantially. Wish me luck!
