Doesn't he nip at your SPS? I had one I had to get rid of because he just kept on nipping at my SPS and some of my acans, which it eventually slowly killed one of my SPS so he had to go.

I think it's more of a personality thing between each goby. I have 3 yellow clowns and a red head. Some of them perch on the glass or the rocks. This one perchs on the digi all the time likely preparing to spawn. With a small frag like that he will likely kill it or kill the spot he likes to perch on but i have good luck with them eating frozen foods so keeping them well fed and most of the tank is soft corals anyway
