Polyp extension looks solid!

No, actually it’s the opposite. The polyps haven’t fully extended for several months, and some of the tissue has even been lost. I’ve tried everything I can, but I haven’t been able to revive it. If you can help me figure out what’s wrong and how I can recover it, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.
