If your starfish is shedding pieces and losing color as seen in the photo, it is extremely stressed. It is an animal recommended only for well-established and mature aquariums.

Yea I’ve seen this tank as a ticking time bomb from the start, look at the nem and see the newer posts of the star being propped up against the rock
