Guys what is happening to my hammer coral? It was perfectly healthy yesterday and now half the skeleton is showing!? My other hammer looks great.. they’ve been in the tank for two months!

Don't overlook dKH when it comes to Stony corals, my tank is stocked with various LPS including euphyllia and fimbriaphyllia. I monitored tissue recession for a couple weeks - not wanting to make big changes until I realized I wasn't testing for dKH assuming it was still high as always. After adjusting flow and a couple big water changes my dKH is back up and tissue is healthy after a little over a month. Good luck! Edit: have you made any major changes to your lighting schedule or flow recently?

I believe the flow was too intense and it finally gave out or my giant hermit crab may have gotten too close, dKH has been stable at 8.5. No lighting adjustments, I did move my wave maker up a little to lessen the flow on the hammers and started seeing tiny bits of the head come back out. Hopefully fills back in over the next month

Dang that's a bummer. In my tank the torches have pretty medium random flow, they can take more than you think. My hammers are all very gently moving and happy. I hope you get it goin.

Dang that’s scary fast. I’d check alk and flow first, and maybe move that hermit if it’s been irritating the tissue.
Parameters all look great, they’ve been under the same flow for weeks and have grown x3 in size since I first got them so I’m very surprised. Only thing is my calcium went from 440-480ppm but this was gradual over 1 week. Water changes done every week, and the hammer looked great last night and this morning. Something nearly killed it over 8 hours
this exactly, LPS will be happy enough with a wide range of calcium, magnesium, po4 and no3, but make sure your dKH is not too low. Usually with heavier stocked systems they will consume it quickly, but still check it
