Interesting. Do you use charcoal? Didn’t close my bag tight one time and they made a mess like this. Can’t see well enough to see shape.

Pick it up and squeeze them. Can be fish poop. My fishes hang around in one area and looks like that when they poop. Check the flow and see if that area is lacking and causing accumulation.
