Flow is fine, problems may arise because it looks like a solid laminar flow instead of random flow. Might want to break that stream up with an opposite gyre/powerhead or turn on some oscillating modes.

I’d say a little strong imo. And yeah have a little bit of opposite flow or randomness if you can. Super hard in one direction usually isn’t great from my experience.
