The lights themselves are more the play than the schedule. I have 3 Reefi Uno 2.0 Pros as my main lights. I run mostly blue, royal, UV, violet and cyan. A touch of red, green and amber for a couple hours in the beginning and the end of the day. 12 on 12 off. Barely any white. Maybe 7% for 2 hours at peak brightness. The Quanta Meso Blue Strips are on for 10 hours. Hour after lights on and hour before lights off.
