Lost an octo spawn the other day to brown jelly, got the flu and couldn’t take care of it in time. Everything is doing alright! I got a free button scoly from my LFS in hopes to recovering it and it’s bouncing back! Started adding some easy SPS, so far the polyp extension has been great. I’m excited to see if I can pull some good color out of it. I got an infected cynarina that has these tiny white tube worms, it needs to get treated with a few dips for sure. I got a fat orange yuma thinking it was a doughboy at a too good to be true price and it turns out it’s just a fat yuma, looks pretty though! Looking to buy a doughboy soon, but booger sized.

Husbandry is everything, water changes, keeping an eye on water quality, and feeding too! I think the speed of maturity for my tank has been largely due to the occasional feeding of phytofeast mixed with benepets for corals early on. Allowed the tank to host pineapple sponges 3 months in with tons of beneficial bacterias to populate my media and rock.
