Looks nice. Where is it connected to your tank?

User Avatar @Jackfoster563 1y

It is pumped from the back chamber up. I drilled in a 1” bulk head for an over flow and piped it back down

That looks really cool! I’ve been looking to set up a refugium (to reduce nitrates) in my sump but struggling to find online what actual light I need. Would you happen to know if I require full spectrum or just white?

User Avatar @Jackfoster563 1y

From what I gather, as long as the light is the same par or stronger then the main tank it will do well

Mine is just white

To maximize the nutrients export and growth rate of the chaeto, try to tumble it in the tank

It does s do a slow tumble
