I’m not getting much of an answer on my Facebook reef group I’m in. Anyone know what the yellow little fuzzy growth is on my Duncan?

Sim, monitora. Veja a extensão por um dia ou dois; se fechar mais provavelmente o melhor é remover. Se você estiver falando perto da base, parece alga-bolha. Se for aquelas pecinhas minúsculas perto da cabeça, talvez uma esponja?
Yeah monitor it’s extension for a day or two, if it closes up more probably best to remove. If you’re talking about near the base, looks like bubble algae. If you men’s that tiny speck near the head, maybe a sponge?

Where would the sponge have come from? I dip all my corals before introducing them to the tank. It’s gone this morning however. Chat GBT said it could have been its internal organs being irritated or a sting from the rock flower anemones I introduced on Tuesday.

Na real, foi embora e não voltou. Então tô considerando como uma picada quando eu adicionei as flores de pedra e elas decidiram agir como aqueles tapetes/roaming tumbleweeds.
It actually went away and hasn’t come back. So I’m chalking it up to a sting from when I added the rock flowers and they decided to act like tumbleweeds.

Sem brincadeira. Fiquei tão aliviado. Honestamente deixei ele completamente sozinho. Eu teria interferido com um mergulho e uma esfregada no dia 3, mas não ficou tão fora de controle que eu sentisse que precisava fazer qualquer coisa. E sumiu. Só fiquei de olho como uma águia.
No kidding. I was so relieved. I left it completely alone honestly. I would’ve intervened with a dip and scrub on day 3 but it didn’t get so out of control that I felt like I needed to do anything. And it went away. I did watch it like a hawk though.

Tô aprendendo também! Eu tinha um aquário há uns 7 anos que era bem sucedido, e tô tentando voltar pra isso e fazer o que eu fazia antes, em vez do que é novidade. Acho que tá funcionando? Kkk
I’m just learning too! Had a tank about 7 years ago that was successful and trying to get back into it and follow what I did as opposed to what’s new. I think it’s working ? Lol
