Description
Bartlett's Anthias is a brightly colored planktivorous reef fish known for its vivid pink to purple body with a yellow upper back and tail. It is active, attractive, and best kept in spacious marine aquariums with ample swimming room.

Requires stable saltwater conditions, strong filtration, moderate to strong water movement, plenty of open swimming space, and rockwork for shelter. Best kept in well-oxygenated reef aquariums with a temperature around 72-78°F, pH 8.1-8.4, and salinity 1.023-1.025.
Behavior
Active open-water swimmer that often does well singly or in groups with one male and several females. It can be territorial toward other anthias, especially in smaller tanks.
