Description

The Blue Stripe Snapper is a vibrant and striking fish that is popular in the aquarium trade due to its hardy nature and beautiful appearance. It has a bright yellow body with four distinct blue stripes running from head to tail. This species is native to the Indo-Pacific region and is often found in large schools near coral reefs and lagoons.

Environment

Behavior

This species is generally peaceful and can be kept with a variety of other fish. However, it can be territorial towards other snappers, so it's best to keep only one per tank. The Blue Stripe Snapper is active during the day and will often be seen swimming in the open.
