Description
The Half-Black Angelfish is a small dwarf marine angelfish with a striking pattern: the front half of the body is pale gray to white, while the rear half is black. It is an attractive species for smaller saltwater aquariums but can be shy at first and may occasionally nip at corals and clam mantles.

Environment
Requires a stable saltwater aquarium with plenty of live rock for grazing and hiding, good water quality, moderate water movement, and a temperature around 72-82°F. Best kept in a well-established tank with ample swimming space and shelter.
Behavior
Generally active but somewhat shy, especially when newly introduced. It spends much of its time grazing on rockwork and exploring crevices. It may become territorial toward other dwarf angelfish or similarly shaped fish.
