L'alk è scesa a 3.8 ma sto lavorando per farla risalire grazie al cielo l'ho beccato per tempo. Soprattutto soft coral con un paio di lps.
My alk dipped to 3.8 but I'm working on bringing it up thank God I caught it early. Mostly softies with a few lps.

Se è vero allora dovrai farla risalire lentamente. Piccoli cambi d'acqua giornalieri oppure inizia a dosare soda ash. È pazzesco perché onestamente non vedo nulla nel tuo sistema che la potrebbe assorbire così. Che pH hai?
If it’s true then you are going to want to slowly bring it up. Small water changes daily or start dosing soda ash. It’s crazy because I don’t really see anything in your system that would suck it up like that. How low is your ph?

Ho appena testato i miei reef crystals e stava segnando 6.4 dkh immagino che o ho un lotto difettoso di sale o il mio kit di test salifert per l'alk è sbagliato
Just tested my reef crystals and it was showing 6.4 dkh I'm guessing I either have a bad batch of salt or my test kit salifert alk is wrong

Sì qualcosa non torna… quella roba normalmente ha una lettura di alk molto alta vero? Comunque sia quello che usi per farla risalire fallo lentamente.
Ya something’s a miss… that stuff normally has a really high alk reading right? What ever you end up using to bring it back just do it slowly.

Aggiornamento: il mio test alk salifert era difettoso. L'ho testato su una nuova porzione di acqua salata e era ancora basso 6.4 invece di 9 dkh. Il lettore Hanna ha testato la mia acqua a 7dkh
Update: my salifert alk test was defective. I tested it on a fresh batch of saltwater and it was still low 6.4 instead of 9 dkh. The Hanna reader tested my water at 7dkh

Ha molto più senso perché tutto sembrava fantastico nella tua vasca per avere una lettura di alk così bassa.
That makes for sense because everything looked great in your tank to have an alk reading that low.
