This is correct, phosphates are seeping out of your rocks. Run phosguard, only thing that has been helping me and my phosphates are still high .18 isn’t too bad if you have a good amount of coral

.18 is just fine unless you’re combatting algae . I’ve been running my tank around .1-.2 for a while and the colors of the corals are improved

Dai meno da mangiare, dai cibo diverso (da pellet/wafer che affondano a cibo congelato più leggero o fiocchi), oppure fai cambi d’acqua più frequenti o più grandi, spero ti sia utile
Feed less, feed different food (from pellet/sinking wafer to lighter frozen or flake food), or do more frequent or bigger water changes, hope this helps
