Sono così orgoglioso del mio grande Zeus (Sailfin), è il Boss Man della vasca. Ho aggiunto una powder marrone qualche giorno fa e il primo giorno era molto scontento, la inseguiva in giro. Finalmente l’ha fatta uscire dalla “prigione” il 4° giorno da quando è stata aggiunta e da allora non l’ha più importunata. Poi abbiamo aggiunto un Midas blenny senza che Zeus se ne preoccupasse. Poi una helfrichi fire fire. Nessun problema. Poi ieri notte ero molto nervoso quando i miei bimbi hanno insistito per aggiungere gli ultimi due pesci che dovevamo mettere, il BABY yellow tang e il whitetail bristletooth. Zeus sta andando MOLTO bene! Ieri ha mostrato un dominio minimo. Il bristletooth è un po’ magrolina e ha passato tutto il tempo a ripulire le alghe nella vasca, quindi Zeus ha davvero lasciato stare lei e il baby yellow tang!
So proud of my big guy Zeus (Sailfin) he’s Boss Man in the tank. Added a brown powder a few days back and he was very unhappy the first day, chasing her around. He finally let her out of “jail” on day 4 of her being added and hasn’t messed with her since. Then we added a Midas blenny with no concern from Zeus. Then a helfrichi fire fire. No issues. Then last night I was very nervous when my kiddos insisted on adding our last two fish to add, the BABY yellow tang and the whitetail bristletooth. Zeus is doing VERY good! Minimal displays of dominance yesterday. The bristletooth is a little on the skinny side and has been so preoccupied with cleaning up the algae on the tank that Zeus has really left her and the baby yellow tang alone!

Sì, sono super felice di vedere che finora tutti stanno bene. In questo momento ho un purple tang in QT… un PETCO locale me l’ha dato perché ha ich, sapendo che ho quello che gli serve per superarlo. Ce l’ho solo da 2.5 days e per ora sta benissimo. Quindi sarà il mio ultimo. Però non vedo l’ora di fare quell’inserimento, perché ho sentito che possono essere molto aggressivi. Spero che la mia tang gang sarà più amichevole a quel punto e che possa metterlo al suo posto haha.
Yeah I’m super happy to see everyone doing well so far. I do have a purple tang in QT right now… a local PETCO gave him to me because he has ich knowing I have what he needs to get through it. Only had him for 2.5 days so far and he’s looking great. So that will be my last one. Not looking forward to that introduction though because I heard they can be very aggressive. Hoping my tang gang will be more friends by then and can put him in his place haha.
