IMO - frag the healthy branches. Glue at least 3mm up from the bottom and attach to reef putty. The glue will act as an artificial bandaide. Start working on resolving the root cause of issue. Is definitely a parameter or swing that caused.

It’s bleached from the bottom bit to sure what to do
Check phosphate and nitrate. what are the parameters at? it should come back shouldnt it?
