Getting an anemone tomorrow from a friend looking at where a good starting placement would be. Obviously I know they move just talking about where to initially place it. Any recommendations?

They like a lot of light but the issue is your corals are taking the higher spots it will likely move towards, its tentacles seem a little long to go on the top right a lot so likely that bottom right spot would be best, it also gives you a bit of time to react if it decides to walk alway since it has to up that ledge. Just remember when you put it in the tank, turn off all flow for 30 minutes allowing it to get a foot hold and that night turn off any wavemakers running to allow it to settle in
I have since moved all corals off this rock on the right hopefully it’ll be happy there

nice setup! maybe near the clownies?
Thanks! Ended up doing just that and moved some hammers.

Looks like a great spot to start the anemone on one of those bigger rocks near the middle so it can catch good flow but won’t get blasted too hard. I heard they love a bit of light but not right under crazy intense lighting at first. Your clowns will definitely appreciate it close by! What kind
It’s a bta one of these. What spot do you think? That lower right side?
