I'm noticing this bumble bee shrimp is always with this sea urchin. Is that a normal symbiotic behavior?

it's a fun pair to watch. The shrimp is constantly going around like a barber grooming his client. I have two of them, I wonder if I add another urchin if those two will pair up . Idk. Good idea? It's a 15 gal nano and the one urchin is doing great on the tank ,idk if two urchins will be too much? WDYT ?
