Make sure you have some empty shells or some hats for him to wear, they love covering them selfs with them. Here is a picture of mine carrying 2 at the same time.

Great part of a clean up crew, but will destroy anything thats not glued down. Mine just dragged a 4" discoma into a rock flower and killed it. Then a yuma into a hammer and killed both in one week.

Oh no 😬 ya I need to glue down some zoas. Will they run over a plate coral?

As long as a frag can't get stuck to them and moved you'll be alright with it cruising over them. I love mine but he sure is destructive lol

They enjoy supplemental feedings with algae waffers also if the tank is too clean...and it will keep them in one spot for a day πŸ˜‚

Ok good to know could I feed it nori?

User Avatar @708_reef 53d

Yeah definitely

Ok! Thanks for the help!

I keep some Pom Pom macroalgae growing in my display tank. He loves chomping and carrying it around the tank with him. If it starts eating your coraline algae, it means not enough algae to eat in the tank and will need to supplement
