I made a post a couple days ago about my tank that’s clear one week and foggy the next the tank has nothing in it and I was wondering if I should take media I have from a tank I already had running and put it into the foggy tank.

Yeah def use the old media! Helps seed bacteria way faster. Just make sure there’s no pests in it from the old tank

Yeah def add the established media. Helps seed good bacteria fast. Clears up cycles way quicker in my experience.
