is the small clownfish fine? When I walked downstairs to check on the tank, the light is turned off. I see him like that and he wasn’t doing that all day today and my water is still completely fine so is he sleeping?

Mine did this all the time before they found a good coral to sleep in. Perfectly normal

I swear, sometimes watching clown is trying to sleep. It gives me a heart attack.

Clownfish are fine. If lights are off they are sleeping.
