Got tired of certain dosing pump ends reacting with the water so figured I'd make a overflow type of head. This is the first version. I'll see how it works when it's done printing

How will this work?
It's going to work almost like a hang on back filter. Stick the dosing pump hose into the bottom pipe. It's going to pump up inside it filling up that small reservoir until it overflows The edge, then going into the tank. rather than the tip of the dosing hose touching the water at all times. The biggest reason I was doing this is because I dose carbonate and it reacts with the water and crystallizes in the air and clogs the hose
Ok, I see what you're saying. Why instead of making a reservoir, you make it like a slant to go over the edge of your tank so no dosing liquid stays suspended? Just my opinion... I like the idea tho I know what you mean about the doser line crystalizing, I have the same problem I have to be checking on it from time to time to make sure it's dosing liquid. I would like to get one for my sump. Lmk if it works out man!. Awesome 👍🏻
