I be cycling this tank for 2 weeks now I seed it with a few rocks from my other tank and I transfer some media from my other tank.my question is am at 10 nitrate but I never saw any ammonia or nitrite.i think the reason is cause I seed the tank with the rock in media from my other tank.is that’s normal?

Is the skull emitting microplastics?

I don’t think so it’s reef safe for all I know I got it in Reefapalooza

I noticed that when I was cycling too. I would use Dr Tim’s ammonia solution to dose ammonia and measure daily to see if cycle is done.

I had the same thing when I upgraded and did the same thing with my rock. I used Dr Tim's and added amonia and then monitored it until it came down

That sounds totally normal if you seeded with established rock and media. Sometimes you skip seeing ammonia or nitrite and just get nitrate right away. Looking good so far!
