Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve recently finished working on a project that might interest other reefers — it’s called the Marine Assistant Mini! 🐠

It’s a DIY add-on controller for reef tanks that gives you extra control over equipment and sensors. It’s got:

⚡ 2 switchable 12V outlets

🌡️ 2 temperature sensor inputs

💧 Float and leak sensor support

🔌 Expansion ports for future add-ons

It’s designed to be easy to build, with guides and videos to help you along the way. Home assistant is used and required.

This looks super handy! Having extra control over temp and leak sensors would definitely help keep the tank stable, especially with sensitive SPS like Montipora. I’m curious how easy it is to set up with Home Assistant because automation makes life with reef tanks way smoother!
