Hi everyone! This is my first diy stand build that I’m working on for a 55 gallon reef tank, I would love some feedback if you guys think it’ll be sturdy enough or if there are any suggestions on what I can add to it for it to be able to hold

Do you plan on having a sump under? I think a vertical middle support would be helpful.

I am still deciding on between a sump or canister filter because I am also wanting to have extra storage space underneath as well

Looks solid so far! Adding that vertical middle support @billy mentioned is a great idea especially if you plan on putting a sump underneath. Can’t wait to see this all set up with some colorful corals and fish!

I took the advice and updated it! I’ll be adding cabinet doors and panels later on but I’m so excited for the final product!
