Also, do 10% weekly water changes, make sure light is on only 8 hours a day maybe even bump down to 7 or 6. Snails snails snails.

Gha is just a symptom of an underlying issue such as nitrates and phosphates. Too much nutrients in not enough out. Try using nopox from red sea to weaken the gha and then manually remove with a siphon. It'll come off like a hot knife to butter
