This looks way more like xenia then a GSP i see stalks and no matting flesh
It has a dull neon green color
Yes, I've never seen a dull strand of GSP it's always very neon. Clove Polyp, Xenia is far more likely but the pictures are hard to ID for sure I'd put it under white light with no flow and then show us that for a proper ID.
