Looks like coralline algae to me. Totally normal it’s a sign of a mature tank. I like to scrap mine off the glass but nothing you can do about it on the rocks or a non smooth surface

Yo maybe try reducing nutrients or adding some snails? Green algae can be tricky!

Tuxedo Urchins can be little thieving klepto bulldozers but mine has done a great job keeping mine clear.

Agree with @billy. Coraline comes in lots of colours. Looks like green coraline to me. My tuxedo chomps it if it bothers you.
