Help!!!!!, I have alot of thick algae on the sand bed and on the rock, how can I solve?

Dang that looks like a classic ugly phase lol. Check your flow and maybe cut back on feeding a bit

Oof that algae struggle is real. Try lowering your lighting a bit maybe and up the flow

Yes, it was greenish, and now it's turning red. I ordered a full clean-up crew. Hopefully, that will help. I'm new to reefing and clearly have a lot to learn.
It's all over that rock as well, like a thick sludge
A good clean up crew will definitely help a ton. You could try using a turkey baster to see if it will dislodge off of your rock and use a net to rid of it
