First pic is what it looked like at the pet store, all the rest are after bringing it home and taking a better look. I did drip acclimate for over an hour. It’s now in my tank.
What’s y’all’s thoughts? Does it look healthy? The last one I got from there died but I also didn’t see it open like I do this one. Please let me know. I don’t want this one to die.

doesn’t look like the healthiest toadstool to begin with, but I would recommend putting it in a low flow low light area for 2 weeks and moving it to moderate after you see improvement in the stalk. toadstools shed their skin about once a month so don’t keep it low flow for too long. best of luckðŸ‘ðŸ»

You should be ok. It took my toadstool 2-3 days to open. Give it some time.
