Found these clearish tube with tentacles things coming out from under my rock, I remember seeing them somewhere but don't remember what they are any help would be appreciated.

Those look like tube worms to me! They’re usually harmless and can actually be pretty cool to watch when their tentacles open up in the flow. Just make sure they’re not crowding your rockwork too much.
