I believe that is Bryposis. I had once and got rid of it with Flux RX pretty easily.
Did a google image search. Think you might be right. I’ve seen some of it before but it didn’t look like this feather one. I just assumed it was standard hair algae but just kinda branchy.

That little feather-like thing definitely stands out under that blue lighting! I’ve seen similar softies pop up on live rock before and sometimes they can just be harmless algae or tiny feather dusters. If it starts spreading too much you might want to keep an eye on it though!

Looks a bit like a feeder fan of a porcelain anemone crab - does it move
Nope. It was rooted. Held on pretty tight when I tried tweezers. Like a blade of grass almost.
