Is this part of my bloodsuckers or a pest? Bad or good? Thanks.

Not part of a zoa. Could be a tube worm but more likely it looks like a vermitid snail. Those are a pest but as long as kept in check I donโ€™t mind them. Iโ€™ve got a ton in my tank. Bumblee Bee snails do a good job at eating them. If the frag is removable itโ€™s worth trying to scrap it off at the base. But need to remove from base and not just flick the tube off.

Ok thanks. Can't get it out as the coral has spread to the rock. I do have 3 bumblebee snails in the tank. Might add a couple more.

Kinda looks like a zoa pest to me. Keep an eye on it

Do you get a long strand coming out of it? Or a mucus string?

I do have some bumblebee snails. Also I crushed it with tweezers. Maybe I'll get a couple more bumblebee snails too.
