I tried googling & asking fb with no answer lol. Does anyone happen to know what kind of worm this is? And if it is good or bad?

its friendly youll see more and more many worms you see will be fine but if there are any sort of concerns of pests choose things for your tank that have a purpose wrasses eat pests emerald crabs eat certain algaes peppermint shrimp cleaner shrimp different snails prefer sand to rock and vis versa

Looks like a tiny bristle worm to me. If so harmless and good to have. Curious if others agree?
