Does anyone know what these little critters on the rock are? They showed up recently and I can’t tell if it’s an algae or a filter feeder

For clarification: it’s the ones with the spindly bits on it
My best guess is Hydroids from looking at some google images. I really don’t know much about them or ever experienced them so can’t really help there but may be a place to start.
Thanks Billy, I think you’re onto something there! I will investigate this, I would’ve never thought of hydroids on my own
