+1 for bubble algae. Emerald crabs are good for controlling it. But as Luke said scraping it off is a good idea

my fox face can controlled it in whole tank, except in the overflow box 😔

Hard to tell from picture but looks like bubble algae I would take that frag out right away put in separate water brush it off and then dip it really good in different water
