If it’s the thing at 20 seconds I think that’s just a copepod, it came from above the shell, went behind it and then past into the rock work. Can’t think of anything else small, fast and in most tanks at some level
The thing growing from the shell and retracts if anything even slightly touched it or even comes close….
Oh then I’m gonna go with some kind of feather duster/filter feeding worm.
