I’m definitely no expert but they look like a larger species of copepods to me. (Grain of salt though because I’ve been keeping saltwater less than a year)

+1 for copepods or amphipods. I had this happen once in my tank. A huge population of pods all over my glass. I believe they just disappeared after a few days without any intervention

Looks like your Xenia is loving life in there! I agree with everyone else, sounds like you’ve got a healthy pod population popping up. Always wild seeing little critters take off in a nano.

Amphipods for sure. Without a magnified view it is difficult to get a positive species ID. What a fantastic and happy microbiome happening in there.
