Any idea what those white cocoon looking things are in my rock?

Those white cocoons might be some kind of marine worm casings or shrimp egg sacs. I’ve seen something similar in my nano and they usually aren’t harmful but keep an eye on flow and placement so they don’t get smothered by detritus!

I don’t remember their name but they’re a naturally occurring species. I have tons in my shaded areas and some on exposed surfaces.

I’ve got some that are similar looking in my tank. I think they’re spionid worms in my tank

Looks like some kinda worm cocoons for sure. No worries tho they usually chill harmlessly!
