Tank is about a month old cycle done Ammonia and nitrite are zero . But Nitrate won’t come up more than 0.35 and I have diatom outbreak . Any ideas how I can get the nitrates up and get rid of diatoms?

Your nitrates are fine where they are time and water changes will deal with diatoms your tank is new…very typical to see what your seeing around this time
