Long tweezers and a lot of patience . Or you could make a bristle worm trap out of a plastic bottle with straws going in, put some food in and they will fall in. Or an arrow crab, but once the worms are gone you’d need make sure it has plenty of food so it doesn’t go for your other tank inhabitants
