billy I think it would be really cool if you had bids and live streams kind of like eBay or Palmstreet. Just a thought.

I was trying to get one of our LFS owners to do this. I was offering to help him. There is a platform called WhatNot that is a marketplace for livestreams where totally independent sellers can sell whatever they want. The platform handles the transactions, shipping labels, etc. I’ve sold quite a bit of sports memorabilia on there and it’s great. NO ONE is doing this with corals. I think it would be a hit. I’d love to help on the tech side for whoever is interested!

Instead of standard currency, we could be alloted "auction coins" for helping the app grow its new coral/fish/inv photo library. Billy is already doing a contest for its launch to get free merchandise. Maybe he can incorporate coins into a daily reward system. Polls to pick 1 photograph as winner for each category, fish/coral/invert. Winners receive auction coins. Then monthly, an auction with donated Corals and whatnot using the coins. It would help the app grow in a light-hearted and fun way. It is less stressful that way, and everyone gets to contribute. I think that would be pretty cool! A little less cool but still cool would be fixing this damn android keyboard shenanigans. Cmon Billy, YOU CAN DO IT!! WOO GO BILLY!

I’ve actually got plans for daily rewards and a in app point system called Pearls🔮… will take a little bit of time though. I am going to work on the Android keyboard this week!
