Sad day. My peppermint shrimp started going after my torch coral last night and It is not looking so good. Used the bottle trap to get the shrimp back to LFS. Once they taste torch it’s really hard to get them to stop. Big mistake is I added Torch coral after the shrimp.

It happens to my tanks couple time. Ocean creatures can be very unpredictable in their behaviors. torches are generally resilient, sure it will get better soon

Ah man that’s rough! Peppermint shrimp usually are reef-safe but sometimes they just get curious about certain LPS like torch. Your corals still look super healthy aside from that so I’m sure the torch will bounce back with some TLC. Love how the blue lighting really makes those colors pop!
