I just got a pulsing Xenia as one of my first corals. I’m unsure if my flow is correct. Is it too high?

Flow looks chill for pulse defs dont wanna blast em hard or they close up quick

Looks good to me, from what I've heard they don't like crazy flow and prefer pretty dirty water. But they seem to be very adaptable.
