One of my favorite rocks in my tank. Shows me the beauty of what happens when you let nature do its thing. And special guest in the picture "Prince" my purple tang.

This rock looks awesome! Love how the soft corals and those mushrooms are filling in the space. The color mix is really cool especially with that patch of pink encrusting coral or maybe coralline making it pop. Your blue tang is a great addition too. Does Prince get along with everyone else or is he the boss of the tank? Do you find you have to do anything special with flow for the softies and mushrooms or just let it ride? Super inspiring to see how natural it all looks.

Thank you! Its an encrusting cyphastrea. I believe its called meteor shower. I only placed the encrusting coral there and the mushrooms decided to pick that spot and multiply and the xenias attached there from a lose piece floating around and that's the result. Prince is my 2nd calmest tang there. He holds his own when my yellow Tang "Philip" decides he wants to ruin everyone's day lol. My hippo Tang is the calmest tang in the tank believe it or not. Flow wise I have a small hygger powerhead that's on that side giving it a nice indirect flow. I feel that's helped them multiply by getting nutrients in the water column, when feeding or trace elements. I appreciate your kind comment!
