Hello all, new to all this coral keeping but i noticed right in the middle of my rock on the base of mush mushroom coral is a little round reddish aomething, is this a new mushroom growing?

Might be a different type of mushroom. How long have you had this one?

About 2 months, it was my first coral [EVER]I dipped it and everything recommended

You will have to keep an eye on it and post more photos. I am curious what it will look like as it grows.
